ECA is intentionally operated as an independent boutique-style garage rather than a high volume production shop, allowing us to focus on detail driven work, honest communication, and a more personal experience for both clients and their vehicles

ECA primarily focuses on European vehicles, including platforms from brands such as Volvo, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, and more. We welcome everything from daily drivers and enthusiast builds to weekend cars and performance focused projects..

ECA offers a range of services focused on maintaining, diagnosing, and supporting European vehicles with an enthusiast like approach. Whether it’s routine maintenance, suspension work, brake systems, diagnostics, or performance oriented projects and modifications, every vehicle is treated with attention to detail and respect for the platform.
As an independent garage, ECA intentionally focuses on quality over volume. Our goal is to provide honest recommendations, transparent communication, and workmanship that reflects the standards and passion behind the enthusiast community.

Yes. ECA currently operates by appointment to ensure every vehicle receives the proper time, attention, and communication throughout the service process.
As an independent styled garage, ECA currently limits workflow and typically focuses on one vehicle at a time due to available workspace and the detailed focused nature of the environment. As ECA continues to grow, workflow capacity and scheduling availability will continue to expand alongside the business and community.

Service requests can be submitted through the booking form on the ECA website or through direct communication channels such as social media, email, texts or calling. Providing as much information as possible about the vehicle, concerns, and requested work helps streamline the process.
-How quickly will I receive a response?
ECA aims to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on workload, active projects, and scheduling availability, but communication and transparency remain a priority.

Yes. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or diagnosis. Additional findings may arise during service, especially on older or modified vehicles, and any major changes will always be communicated before proceeding.

What types of parts does ECA use?
ECA prioritizes OEM, OE supplier, and high quality aftermarket components depending on the vehicle, service, and client goals. Parts selection is carefully considered to maintain reliability, performance, and overall vehicle quality.

Yes. ECA can source a wide range of maintenance, OEM, OE, and performance related parts through trusted suppliers and enthusiast-focused partnerships.
-Can I supply my own parts?
Client supplied parts may be accepted depending on the service and components provided. However, ECA reserves the right to decline installation of parts that may compromise quality, fitment, reliability, or overall workmanship standards.
Please note that ECA does not provide warranty coverage on customer-supplied parts or failures related to those components
-Does ECA offer warranties?
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of work performed and the parts used. ECA stands behind the quality of its workmanship, and all parts sourced directly through ECA include a minimum 1-year parts warranty through us unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or application. Some components may also carry extended or lifetime manufacturer coverage depending on the supplier and product.

Yes. Community involvement is a major part of ECA’s identity. As our community continues to grow, we plan to expand the enthusiast side of ECA through larger gatherings, hosted events, collaborative meets, and future spaces designed to bring people together through a shared passion for automotive culture.
In the meantime, ECA aims to remain actively involved in the automotive community through local meets, enthusiast gatherings, and continued support of the culture both on and off the road.
-Am I allowed to hang around during service?
At the moment, not typically. As an independent garage with limited workspace, ECA currently prioritizes maintaining a safe, efficient, and focused working environment during active service.
However, as ECA continues to grow, part of the long-term vision is to create a more comfortable and social oriented environment where not only clients, but also people who simply enjoy being around the culture, atmosphere, and community surrounding automotive passion can comfortably spend time within the space.
